Custom orders are set into motion and cannot be paused or cancelled, which means production will be completed, and balances will be due at that time. We also understand that splitting deposits can add to lead times and delay project completion, and as such, we require a 100% deposit upfront to ensure a smooth and efficient production process that meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
