Once a custom order is placed, it is non-refundable because the production process begins immediately, and the materials and labor costs are incurred from the outset. Custom orders are set into motion and cannot be paused or cancelled, which means production will be completed, and balances will be due at that time. We also understand that splitting deposits can add to lead times and delay project completion, and as such, we require a 100% deposit upfront to ensure a smooth and efficient production process that meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

You have the option to purchase products directly from us when a custom or to-the-trade item fits your needs and budget. In the case that a product is to be purchased from a third-party vendor, you will be directed to links shown on your online interior design page. This allows you to access a wide range of products that best suit your design preferences, all while receiving our expert guidance and recommendations throughout the process. If you are forwarding your measurements to us, it's important to note that we will not be responsible for any incorrect measurements, therefore it is crucial to ensure accuracy before providing them to us.
